FAIR4Health has been presented at BDPM 2019 (the 2nd Big Data for Precision Medicine Symposium) in Córdoba this June
The past 4th June FAIR4Health project presented the latest advances on FAIR data for health research at the BDPM 2019 symposium, organized by the IMIBIC in Córdoba (Spain), reaching an audience of 50 researchers of H2020 projects. Francisco J. Núñez Benjumea (SAS) was in charge of the presentation, which served to raise awareness among the attendants regarding the benefits that the application of policies of FAIR data management provides in the health research environment. Besides, it was presented a first approach to the FAIRification workflow developed in the FAIR4Health project framework. FAIR4Health project was presented together with other relevant projects as BD2Decide, DESIREE and DeepHealth, among others.
At the end of the session, various researchers of different european institutions showed their interest in establishing future collaborations to align common strategies in the developement of health research projects.
