FAIR4Health project was presented at the Research Data Alliance's 13th Plenary Meeting in Philadelphia

Members of FAIR4Health team attended two of the most important events in the world in open research data at Philadelphia (USA): RDA’s Plenary Meeting, Drexel-CODATA FAIR and Responsible Research Data Management (FAIR-RRDM) 2019 workshop. The Committee on Data for Science and Technology (CODATA) and the Metadata Center (University of Drexel) workshop was a pre-event of the Research Data Alliance Plenary. 

During Sunday 31st March and Monday 1st April 2019, people from University Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) attended the CODATA workshop. Likewise, Eva Méndez presented a poster to more than 100 participants about FAIR4Health project, explaining its main objectives. The workshop was very active with some presentations and more than 15 round tables regarding FAIR data. 

From Tuesday 2nd April to Thursday 4th April six members of the Digital Curation Center (DCC) and UC3M attended the RDA Plenary Meeting at Loews hotel. The Program was full of activities from 9 am to 6:30 pm with coffee breaks and lunch, as well as with social events to meet people. The plenary was successful, attending more than 400 people. Posters were well allocated, rooms were comfortable and everything ran on time with fruitful discussions.
