FAIR4Health project presented at Porto4Ageing Networking event

Last May 24th, FAIR4Health project was presented at the Porto4Ageing Networking Event organised by Elisio Costa (UPorto) at the Porto Business School as a collocated event of the Digital Health Venture Forum 2019. The project was introduced to more than 30 attendees, including researchers and healthcare managers, as part of the initiatives in which Porto4Ageing, a two-stars reference site of the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing, is involved. During the presentation, Francisco J. Núñez (SAS) stressed on the importance of translating raw research data to FAIR data in the European research landscape. A primer of the FAIRification workflow developed by FAIR4Health, which is one of the main outcomes of the project at this point, was also presented in this event.

The Porto4Ageing Networking Event also gathered experts in artificial intelligence for health sciences, innovators specialized in co-creation and also hosted the presentation of the Portuguese node of Research Data Alliance (RDA-pt).
